Aiming at the issue of anti-jamming efficiency evaluation of telemetry, tracking and control (TT&C) system in complex electromagnetic environment, the anti-interference evaluation index system is built with multiple performance parameters constraining from the respective of signal acquisition, tracking and communication after analyzing the structure and main performance parameters of direct sequence/frequency hopping (DS/FH) hybrid spread spectrum TT&C system, which effectively solves the problem of indeterminate consistency and attributive dispersion between different performance indexes. On this basis, an alternative scheme of index system including the maximum anti-interference efficiency mode and the minimum cost mode is proposed, and a synthetic anti-interference efficiency evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and an optimal system parameter selection model based on grey correlation are respectively built according to different evaluation requirements. Simulations have demonstrated that the models proposed are feasible and effective for anti-interference evaluation and system parameter optimization.
